Description
Argus Connection is seeking energetic, motivated, and talented Tier 1 Helpdesk Agents to work for one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. There are multiple positions open for the Tier 1 TAC Agent.

4 open positions for fluent Spanish speaking agents.

5 open positions for non-Spanish speaking agents for various shifts.

The candidate must have Lotus Notes 5.0 and higher and VPN experience .

The position will receive initial computing request, inquiry or problem primarily by phone.

  • Gathers and documents information related to the request, resolves approximately 70% of the problems
  • Escalates problems to Level 2 when appropriate.
  • Provides customer follow-up.


    Experience/Skills
    • PC and LAN-based skills

    • Ability to troubleshoot dial-in issues

    • Ability to support Microsoft Office products

    • Lotus Notes support experience

    • Analytical and PC troubleshooting skills

    • Customer focused

    • Excellent telephone communication skills with a minimum of one year of experience in a 100% phone support position
    • Minimum Typing Skills at 30 WPM
