What you need:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent with 1 year in approved Histotechnology program
- Current Florida license or eligible for a Florida license
- ASCP Histotechnologist certification
- Thorough knowledge of instrumentation and processing procedures

What you'll be doing:

- Perform highly complex, specialized procedures including development of procedures or instrumentation in the histology laboratory
- Communicate with the medical staff regarding patient specimens and results
