Our client, a St. Louis based company that combines leading-edge interactive technology with communications strategy to help companies interact more efficiently is looking for senior technical resources within the Java universe. General Summary
Must have in-depth technical knowledge of and experience in J2EE, MS SQL, and Object oriented programming methodologies. In addition, must have in-depth knowledge and experience in relational database design, development and implementation.

We look for strong experience in custom Web-based application development though all phases of software development lifecycle (i.e., requirements analysis, design, development, QA/testing and deployment).

Be flexible, self-motivated, diligent, and resourceful and demonstrate unshakeable integrity in all he or she undertakes. Work well within a team environment and possess good interpersonal skills. He or she must be able to work directly with account managers during the technical development cycle, maintaining solid customer focus, at the same time pressing towards technical excellence.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Requirements
At least three+ years of experience in custom programming and developing business applications in a Web environment
Has mastery of standard coding concepts, practices, and procedures within Java and SQL.
Has a full understanding of ANT, Struts, Hibernate, Spring framework, and JUnit
Has a full understanding of standard web protocols such as FTP, HTTP, SSL, and XML
Must be able to build upon an existing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript design specification
Must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Must be experienced with code debugging and acceptance testing.
4 year degree preferred.
