Description
The Human Factors organization has an opening for a Human Factors engineer. This individual will be a member of the Human Factors team responsible for user interface design standards used to develop web applications, designing and prototyping web application interfaces, educating developers, developing and publishing best practices and design patterns, and ensuring the usability of web applications. Skills/Experience: Required: Usability/Interaction design of web applications, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Consulting development teams to advise and encourage best practices, Prototyping screens and workflow to communicate designs/recommendations, and HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Desirable: Experience with online mapping, Experience designing portal and PDA interfaces, ColdFusion, Siebel Analytics, Flash.df-tc
