Human Resource Strategy Consultant - Boston consultancy firm - San Francisco-based - $255,000.00 USD - This is an opportunity for a candidate with both HR and Business Strategy skills to work internationally within the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Ref: GEA-17822

SPECIFICATION

Our client is an established Boston consultancy firm who is actively looking to appoint a Human Resource and Strategy specialist based out of their San Francisco office. The position will involve regular travel between San Francisco , Boston and New York City and to clients premises in other international locations within the USA , UK , Europe and possibly emerging markets within the middle-east and the far-east. This is a core vacancy and as such the salary offered is calculated under the partnership code. This position also includes a good healthcare, pension and share options package.

DESCRIPTION

The position would focus upon the implementation of human capital management and strategy procedures enabling our clients customers within the IT and telecommunications industries to improve performance and their return on human capital investment incorporating recruitment, induction training, performance management, promotion, health and safety, motivation, self development, employment law and career management. The successful candidate will subsequently be responsible for facilitating the implementation of sophisticated HR and Strategy processes with established market leading firms within each industry.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have a business and HR-related degree, a corresponding Masters degree and preferably also have business or HR-related professional qualifications. They will also have extensive experience with both business strategy and human resource strategy. Our client is looking for a very good mixture of professional and interpersonal skills with outstanding group communication and presentation experience. Experience in human capital management procedures would also be a significant asset.
