Hours: M-F/8:00am - 5:00pm





General Description: Assists in the development, evaluation, analysis and delivery of our human resource systems.Will serve as the department technical point-of-contact and act as a liaison with the information technology department and third party human resource vendors.Provides system administration and support of various human resource technologies and maintains the human resources website.Provide direction and expertise to business partners, workforce team, and hiring managers.Develops and analyzes workforce analytics and prepares management reports.





Essential Functions: Assists in defining, implementing and administering human resource systems in conjunction with information technology department.Helps identifying new human resource technology needs and recommends the software products to fulfill these needs to management.Collaborates with technical staff and end-users to coordinate application of upgrades, patches etc.Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.Researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws and updates procedures and guidelines for end users. Maintain human resource system tables.Ensure that we are consistent with our communication efforts with employees and applicants by maintaining our human resource website.Assist in development, documentation and supports a variety of reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual department and workforce metrics.Assist with the preparation of various government reports.Provide backup of other HR Analyst functions.





Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: High school diploma or equivalency.College Degree with major in human resources, accounting or business related field.A minimum of 3-5 years human resource experience is required. Analysis and project management skills are required.Position requires excellent customer service skills.Excellent oral presentation and writing skills are necessary and an understanding of technology and its role in HR.Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, particularly Access and report writing tools such as Crystal and Cognos.
