Description
Position: AIX Professional Services System ConsultantReports to: Practice PrincipalObjective of this position:The Services Consultant will provide professional technical leadership and guidance to Personnel and Customers in delivering services in your assigned specialty area. The Consultant will focus on services growth, contract profitability, and client satisfaction, in delivering a successful services engagement.ResponsibilitiesLeadership • Client mentoring (Skills development & transfer, Training, documentation)• Monitoring services partners delivering selected contracts• Interface with vendor support & development organizations• Recruiting additional consultants (skill assessment & evaluation)Technical Services & Support• Provide technical services & systems advice to sales, development, project and product managers• Perform on-site and remote services, including workshops, system/software installations, system/software configuration validation, problem analysis and troubleshooting• Support and perform the installation, configuration, customization and diagnostics of systems, drivers, peripherals, operating systems and network communications.• Provide leadership role, as a Subject Matter Expert, interfacing with Vendors as requiredCustomer Satisfaction• Ensure customer satisfaction (project delivery, response time and quality of deliverables)• Develop and implement plans, programs and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase productivity and reduce costs• Manage critical customer projects & situations to successful completionSalary Range• Base salary + services delivery incentive • Bonus/incentive $10k - $20K based on services delivered and customer satisfactiondf-tc

Experience/Skills
