Skills (Required):

2 =E2=80=93 5 years of total IT experience with strong consulting skills

2 - 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet

Must have IBM FileNet P8 experience, including Content Management, BPM development and system administration.

Skills (Desired):

Experience with replicated architectures, BPM, Records Manager or Compliance Manager

Experience with MS SQLServer, J2EE programming experience (Java, JSP), XML & HTML programming

Experience with Windows Advanced Server 2003 (preferred), and WebLogic (preferred)

Some experience with other ECM Products or with other IBM FileNet modules such as Email Manager, Records Manager or Compliance Manager a plus


Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited University/College in a related discipline (required)

Position Characteristics:

Ability and desire to work as an integral member of a team, with strong organizational and process skills; must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high demands

Able to support occasional extended hours and weekend workdf-tc
