Project description:
ICM developer - 3-5 years experience as a Cisco ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) developer. Knowledge & experience in ICM routing development; translation routes, building new queues, ICM configuration and Scripting, testing and validation. Must have ICM development experience, not just installation and upgrade experience for Cisco ICM. Experience working with various types of ACD Switches - Aspect, Avaya, and Rockwell. Experience with Cisco internetworking technologies related to VOIP solutions such as Call Manager, IPCC, and CVP. Experience in designing and developing CTI applications in ICM is a plus. Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, C, C and Java is a plus. CVP micro application development experience is a plus. Experience in a TAC environment for production support is helpful.
