Description
Responsibilities

Assist in the management of localization projects
o Create and maintain program and process documentation
o Assist with documentation timelines and inventory
Assist in the management of external and internal partner documentation
Write, edit, and publish partner documentation for a global audience
Write, edit, and publish Software Development Kits (SDK) technical white papers, user guides, configuration guides, and other documentation as required
Collect information to write and edit SDK and firmware release notes
Create and maintain SharePoint sites
Upload and maintain documents on various document repositories and content management systems
Write and edit quarterly partner newsletters

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent project management skills, including time and risk management
Ability to independently draft and present documentation deliverables and recommendations
Ability to communicate clearly and independently manage complex project objectives and timelines
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior writing, editing, and grammar skills
Experience writing and managing documentation for global audiences
Experience working with numerous global groups and SMEs
Extensive knowledge in applications and technologies, including the following:
o XML (Vasont-Cheetah, Epic)
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Acrobat Professional
o MS Word, Excel
o MS SharePoint
o FTP
o Tortoise SVN
o Quality Center
o UNIX
o Outlook
