IPT Support Engineer (Contract) - MemphisMajor Responsibilities• The day-to-day activities required in running a 24/7 IPT/IPCC Express environment• Any repairs and maintenance necessary to maintain a fully redundant IPT/IPCC Express environment• Performing any miscellaneous network tasks• Working as part of project teams developing/implementing/supporting Smith & Nephew initiatives as related to IPT/IPCC Express environment• Providing after hours on-call support (remote and on-site), pursuant to the Uptime Service Agreement.• Providing weekly status reports of items worked on including, but not limited to: trouble tickets, projects, miscellaneous tasksdf-tc
