PLEASE--PLEASE--EMAIL YOUR RESUME AS A WORD ATTACHMENT. Large Law Firm is in immediate need for a IS HELP DESK SPECIALIST. You will be responsible for troubleshooting: Microsoft Office Desktop, Operating systems, basic lab top, printers, servers, network infrastructure, audio visual systems, customer service problem solving, SMS Remote Control, Carpe Diem, Delta View, Interaction and other legal software applications. Must have a strong familiarity with MAC OS X 10.3 or higher and able to resolve software and basic hardware issues. You must have 2-4 years of experience, excellent interpersonal skills, communication, listening and customer service skills, Microsoft Certified Professional preferred with PDA technologies (Blackberry) in the law industry.
