You will be responsible for troubleshooting: Microsoft Office Desktop, Operating systems, basic lab top, printers, servers, network infrastructure, audio visual systems, customer service problem solving, SMS Remote Control, LAN/WAN, able to resolve software and basic hardware issues. You must have 2-4 years of experience, excellent interpersonal skills, communication, listening and customer service skills, Microsoft Certified Professional preferred with PDA technologies (Blackberry). Day Shift position (Thursday-Monday) 7:30am to 4:30pm. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. NEED TO BE OKAY WITH WORKING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Great benefits.
