Information Systems Quality Manager:
The IS Quality Manager represents information system customers in their quality and progress requirements. Their mission is to set up and operate the quality approach in their area of responsibility in coherence with global Quality function orientations.
Responsibilities include working with the IS Project Manager to develop and apply Quality Assurance Plans for a defined project or set of projects; defining and implementing resources for audit, progress/continuous improvement, and corrective action plans; organizing and participating in surveys to measure the level of quality perceived by information systems customers; participating in summary management reporting based on Key Performance Indicators and defined objectives; conducting training and coaching to raise awareness and effectiveness of QA processes, methods, and practices.
Specific activities include identifying information necessary for controlling the process on projects; managing non-conformities; preparing the Quality Assurance Plan; contributing to the documentation of policies, internal controls, and procedures; organizing quality assurance reviews and publishing results.

General Requirements:

* 4 year degree
* Experience coordinating or leading resources allocated to a project or release.
* Thorough understanding and experience with implementing IS processes, frameworks, and methodologies, especially Software Quality Assurance, CMMI, Project/Systems Development Life Cycle, Configuration Management, Testing, and Performance Measurement & Analysis,.
* Practical experience with testing and configuration tools (Rational)
* Working knowledge of ISO/TS2 standards and accreditation
* Effective team skills, including negotiation, facilitation, delegation, and coordination. Ability to develop and deliver communication to all organizational levels and departments
* Some travel may be required.df-tc
