Description
Law Firm in LA is looking for an IS Support Center Analyst who has at least fours years of experience in a large corporate environment. This is a support role with the primary responsibility of providing the highest quality support possible as the First Point of Contact support. You will be responsible for the following: Troubleshooting customer problems/issues utilizing standard tools, including FootPrints ticket tracking system and SMS Remote Control; Identifying customer problems/issues which can be addressed by Tier 1 support groups; Performing effectively as a first level technical resource to resolve software and basic hardware related problems. Knowledge of ticket tracking and knowledge base software, such as FootPrints are both a plus! Must be well versed in the use of standard desktop applications and have the ability to synthesize this knowledge and apply it when troubleshooting non-standard/non-familiar software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and customer service skills. Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office desktop applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, basic desktop, laptop, and printer hardware issues.
