We have an immediate need for a PC Technician for Active Dirrectory Support

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for daily production processing logon id/user access requests in Windows domain and MS Exchange. Performs basic identity/group/resource/email access administration (adds, changes, deletes) within Active Directory. Provision access according to policy. Ensure all access requests originate from approved requestors only.
This person must be proficient in MS Windows Active Directory Users and Computers. A knowledge of Exchange Management Console would be helpful but not required.

Experience: 1-3 years in MS Windows Active Directory Knowledge of PC components, LAN topology equipment, and Windows environment is required, including knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
Must be assertive, detail oriented, have customer focus and be able to work well in a cooperative group environment.
Ability to interact with users in positive, customer service manner is essential Able to work independently as a member of a high performance team.
Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs.
Ability to identify and resolve technical problems within areas of responsibility Good communication and interpersonal skills
