Description
Corporation in Short Hills area has a contract to hire position available for an IT Support Specialist. This position will report to the department manager. Responsibilities include handling 1st and 2nd call resolution, tracking issues via on-line ticketing system and assisting with some desktop and network support issues.The ideal IT Support Specialist will have 2+ years of IT support experience. Must have handled level I and II support and resolution for MS Office 2003/2007. ADP online knowledge is a plus. Candidate should possess a computer school degree or an AS. MCP a plus but not required. Additionally, candidate should have experience installing and troubleshooting hardware, software and peripheral devices. To be successful in this IT Support Specialist role the candidate will need to have an easy-going personality style who can work independently.
