Description
CDI is currently looking for an IT Analyst

Provides day-to-day IT desktop support for customers (employees and contractors).

Single point of customer resolution for all desktop technology devices including desktops, laptops, cell phone, Blackberry, printing, Wireless networking, etc.).

This is a Hands-on, customer facing position.

Experience with Engineering Workstation configuration is required.

Provides technical support for remote acces with hardware devices.

Coordinates technical activities related to updating customer devices to assure security and compliance management.

Drives IT Services process improvements.

Participates in creating and delivering end-user documentation and training.

Contributes to IT initiatives through research, testing, project development and rollout plans.
