Description
Qimonda is seeking an outstanding and talented IT Business Application Support Analyst for ourSandston/Richmond, VAlocation. This position will report through the Qimonda North America IT Global Services organization..

Objective:

To insure stability of application support for global and regional/local business applications specifically for our Qimonda Regional Distribution Center.Through close coordination with our business customers provide prompt IT support for the applications facilitating our shipping functions.Coordinate downtimes, project integration and daily support topics with other IT/Business in the region. Maintain all existing documentation and develop newly required documentation for the various applications supported.Keep application users informed about relevant application issues and operational guidelines for the various applications.

Qualifications:
Four year Degree;preferably in IT, Engineering or Business Administration.
Business Application IT support experience including incident/problem management.
Excellent command of the English language.
Experience with shipping applications for barcode labels and shipping documentation.
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
SAP knowledge/skills a plus

Duites:

Planning and coordination of application downtimes and project integration.
Coordinate with our customers, Qimonda IT and our SAP outsourced partner for support of the various business applications.
Maintain documented operational guidelines for business applications.
Analysis and implementation of processes in inventory/warehouse management, goods receipt and shipping.
Design and implementation of shipping software and label printing software.
Testing software solutions with business users.
Assisting in areas of systems installation, integration and optimization.
Develop new operational/application documentation as required.
Working with our customers and the QNA IT Team propose new processes/application functionality to insure process improvements.
Participate on global/regional/local projects as required.
Assist with training of new application users.
Monthly activity reporting
Communication and coordination with user communitydf-tc
