Intern

We are seeking exceptional Information Technology Internal Audit Interns to provide value-added service in our Internal Audit Department by evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of Humana's financial, operational, and information technology processes and the supporting control structure. In addition to the exposure to corporate strategy, technology, business plans, and the management teams that execute those strategies, analysts are exposed to various learning opportunities, such as, Six Sigma, Financial Transactions, Information Technology Development, Project Management, Health Insurance, and Risk and Control Certification.

Through these learning opportunities, associates are provided opportunities for advancement, both within Internal Audit and within Humana business areas. Internal Audit has a proven record of advancing associates throughout the company.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Executes audit plans and perform steps related to audits and special projects.
  • Leverage Technology
  • Create recommendations to improve control execution.
  • Diligently execute multiple tasks within project timeliness.
  • Conducts data extraction, analysis, and security reviews utilizing various database, spreadsheet, and analytical tools.

  • Current University Studentn pursuing CIS degree
