This individual would be performing IT Audits as it applies to the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. A brief description of the requirements and responsibilities for the position is below. Position Duties:

Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation and assessment of controls including control identification and validation for:

Physical Security and Environmental Controls
Data Security
Systems Development Methodology
Control Over Changes to Systems
Computer/Client/Server Operations
Disaster Contingency Planning
Input Controls
Output Controls
User Developed Systems and Personal Computers
Distributed/Networked Systems (Wired and Wireless)


Experience Desired:

Bachelor's degree
Five years public/private IT Audit experience, or a minimum of three years experience in a Big Five firm
Professional designations are preferred, but not mandatory

Preferred Certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA

Other Notes: COSO/COBIT techniques and concepts; Strong project management skillsdf-tc
