Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a IT SAS70 Audit Program/Project Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas.

Job Responsibilities :
This individual will work as part of a team responsible for managing the planning, execution and reporting phases of the SAS70 audits performed for our clients at Perot Systems’ Domestic and International locations.

  • SAS70 Planning Phase: Project initiation including assisting with coordination of service delivery teams in the development/update of Description of Controls for release to independent audit firms.
  • SAS70 Execution Phase: Project management including interface between service delivery teams and onsite audit teams, assisting with provision and reconciliation of audit evidence, and working with service delivery teams to retest and confirm validity of audit exceptions.
  • SAS70 Reporting Phase: Assisting manager during this critical phase, including review of SAS70 draft reports and drafting of management responses to audit exceptions for inclusion in the SAS70 reports.
  • Other responsibilities: Performing control reviews, managing remediation activities, and assisting with other quality initiatives and projects.


    Required Skills:
  • Experience with a large international accountancy and professional services audit firm in managing and conducting SAS70 audits of Service Organizations, including defining control objectives, developing related control descriptions, performing audit testing, reviewing audit workpapers, and preparation and review of SAS70 Service Auditor reports from draft to final issuance.
  • Strong project management skills evidenced by successful project delivery on time and to budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT general controls, application controls, and the Statement of Auditing Standards, No. 70, as amended.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain effectiveness when priorities and/or objectives change.
  • Exceptional business communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and grammar skills.

    Desired Skills:
  • Proficient technical skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Demonstrates initiative, vision, resourcefulness, creativity and independent thinking.
  • Creates positive work environment while under pressure.
  • Able to attain federal government security clearance.


    Minimum Educational Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree

      Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials :

      • Required certification: licensed as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the State of Texas and/or active certification as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
      • Desired professional certifications/designations: Project Management, ISO Lead Auditor, ITIL Foundation Certified, ITIL Master Certified
