Adecco Technical has the following contract position available for an IT Business Analyst in Kokomo, Indiana. Local candidates preferred - no travel/relocation or sponsorship given at this time. Below are the job details. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the evaluation of business requirements for enterprise business application integration, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements and/or integration solutions. Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes. Participates in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of system requirements. Identifies customer requirements, develops test schedules, reviews testing plans, and tracks and documents the development and results of these plans. Alerts project managers to potential risks and issues. Participate in systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation, and support. Solicit client requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures. Document the results of analysis activities using Delphi-standard templates or analysis tools. Conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and prepare groundwork. Develop test schedules, review testing plans, and track and document development/results' Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate these to the Project Manager or team leader. SKILLS REQUIRED: ' Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis, and design. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes. Strong knowledge of project management methodology. SKILLS PREFERRED: ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED: **Knowledge of and experience with SAP SD functionality and all related master data constructs **SAP and Business Warehouse data analyst with capabilities ranging from moderate to expert **Superior Excel and Access Database expertise **Database design, database query, and report generation skills **Ability to comprehend the design and master data extraction techniques from database systems **Ability to link, merge and report on data from different business systems. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: **Experience in data entry and extraction from SAP; familiar with primary SAP tables **Experience in the deployment of major IT systems (e.g., SAP) **Experience in working business processes along with IT systems.
