We currently have an opportunity for an IT Business Analyst - Manufacturing to join our corporate office located in Adrian, Michigan. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, specific duties will include ensuring that business user requirements are accurately gathered, that these requirements are included in the technical solution and ensuring that resulting system is adequately tested and documented. The successful candidate will have multi-plant experience working with manufacturing users and developers analyzing business needs. This role will interface with manufacturing as well as IT. Qualified candidates will possess at least 2 years of business experience, strong communication skills, ability to think outside the box, strong analytic and problem solving skills and able to develop relationships across the organization. Bachelor's degree in a business related area required. Project Management experience is a plus. Preferred qualifications include JD Edwards and/or ERP experience, and experience implementing bar coding systems.
