Details

As a Business Analyst in the Calculation Services team, you will serve as liaison between IT and business end-users. Work with the business to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to technology applications. Detailed business requirements are created through comprehensive analysis and evaluation of business processes, products and operations. Proactively engages appropriate resources to adjust to shifting requirements and demands of the project/ business.

You will ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plan, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed. Work with development team to ensure that they understand the specifications. Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. Provide relevant test scenarios and work with Business users in analyzing the test results and completing the user acceptance testing. Consistently applies knowledge of project management tools and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

. 7+ years of combined business, project management, team leadership and IT experience.

Strong Loans and Derivatives product knowledge. Credit Risk Management experience preferred.
