Job Title: IT Business AnalystLocation: Sunnyvale, CALength: 3-6 montsDescription:Ability to develop strategic change plans with demonstrated excellence in writing skills;Experience presenting to and working with senior management team members;Comfort performing at both strategic and tactical tasks is also a requirement.PMP certification and/or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies is a definite plus.-

Works with the management team and subject matter experts to gather requirements for the Virtual Classroom Project.-

Performs high level business process/systems analysis/requirements definition and participates in the development and execution of future system strategies.-

Manages the globalization of related systems and upgrade activities.-

Defines revised or new system capabilities and modules to enable virtual classroom processes-

Reviews and streamlines Virtual Classroom processes and improve productivity through better system utilizationSkills:-

5-7 years of process and systems or consulting experience in project management and analysis, with a good working knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques and a strong team orientation.-

Expertise in systems and process modeling, design, metrics development and statistics.-

Ability to identify process bottlenecks, ferret out root causes, apply cost/benefit analysis to potential systems improvements and to establish effective control strategies to sustain gains.-

Knowledge of enterprise ERP, LMS and on line learning environments.-

Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, including development/presentation of a compelling rationale for the importance of projects and effectiveness in telling simple, powerful stories on the impact of improvement efforts.-

Successful previous project management results and previous primary responsibility for system implementation.-

Ability to effectively assemble and lead a project team, to build consensus, to interact with external vendors/customers and to present technical concepts/proposals to senior management.-

Ability to exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem solving.-

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and on projects of a diverse scope, and capable of in-depth evaluation and analysis.-

Ability to analyze complex problems across the entire organization and to develop and "market" solutions.Education: B.S. degree or equivalent gained by experience in a business systems environment and an understanding of both the technology of information systems and virtual learning environments.df-tc
