Company in search of an IT Buyer. Support the deployment of new sites by purchasing specified materials in a timely and cost-effective manner consistent with construction schedule requirements. Purchasing of materials necessary for the routine operation of existing sites. Assisting in various purchasing-related activities such as supplier development and selection, negotiations, cost-reduction, inter-department liaison, and other activities. Reviewing Bill of Materials, construction schedules, reports, and specific requests to determine purchasing needs. Prepare and submit Purchase Order Request forms for items to be purchased. EDUCATION--Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience. Knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Soloman Programs
