Description
For a Computer Operations Manager:

This position requires the maintenance and support of entire computer and network operations. Will be responsible for managing internal help desk, supporting a 500-user network. Establish, implement and administer policies/procedures. Manages the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, desktop PCs, hardware, software, operating systems, and distributed printers. Provide oversight for maintaining the organizations secure network infrastructure. Provides tactical and strategic input on the overall network planning, computer operations and other related projects. May troubleshoot various systems and recommend improvements. Supports and administer data retention and disaster recovery. Will require On-Call Responsibilities.
