Description

Salary: $76,500 - $114,500

Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing all activities associated with delivering business I/T solutions for an assigned business area,
- Developing project resourcing strategies, managing budgets, tools and resources necessary to deliver business I/T solutions,
- Providing direction to project leaders and other I/T departments to ensure successful implementations and
- Managing all development associates assigned to the Delivery Team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience,
- Minimum of seven years IT experience, including development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale integrated solutions,
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience, ability to dynamically lead and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs,
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills,
- Must have strong project management skills including experience in organizing, planning and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation, managing large teams through implementation and have the ability to analyze project needs to determine project requirements needed,
- Must have the ability to solve and make decisions on complex business and technical issues,
- Must have a high degree of confidentiality, maturity, self-motivation, commitment and integrity,
- Must demonstrate the ability to make decisions using sound business judgment,
- Must be able to relate to all levels of associates,
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work and
- A commitment to our Mission.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in negotiating and managing vendor relationships,
- Demonstrated ability in successfully developing and implementing applications in new computing architecture environments using new technologies,
- Experience with developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse business problems,
- Demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects,
- Familiarity with applications or infrastructure processes,
- Familiarity with company business practices and direction,
- Exceptional communication and people skills and
- Seasoned negotiator with external suppliers.
