Description
Basic Purpose and Objective:
With limited direction, develop and provide computer related job specific training and learning interventions that linked to business objectives for our internal PPD clients. This position will be responsible for the delivery, design and development of learning and instructional materials PPD computer related programs, to include classroom, distance learning and computer-based courses and materials. This position will work with employees, Global Learning & Performance and IT to identify training needs, research and assess alternatives for providing appropriate training for emerging technologies to PPD employees worldwide.

Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor?s degree in Education, Computer Science or related area or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Requires 2-5 years experience in the development and delivery of IT training.
