Description
Travel Guard Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure for its office in Stevens Point, WI to Provide leadership, direction, supervision, management and accountability for the Infrastructure unit. Develop, plan and implement the overall strategic plan of the organization’s network and telecommunication systems. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future network and telecommunication requirements to meet the company’s needs.

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equiv. in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Information Systems, or closely related field & 2 yrs. exp. planning, designing, implementing, testing, maintaining, and integrating Interactive Intelligence (I3) computer telecom systems including Customer Interaction Center (CIC) and SIP technologies and devices.
