Principle Accountabilities:

The IT Director of HR will define the global HR system IT strategy and lead global programs to support HR initiatives. The IT HR Director will assist the CIO and her staff in development and execution of a corporate wide IT strategy, with an immediate focus on simplification and standardization of the IT platform. Other responsibilities include:

Position Responsibilities

Establishes the global IT strategy and directs the activities needed to attract, hire, develop, reward, and retain needed staff for the business. Partners with the HR executive team to initiate IT solutions for HR programs, initiatives, and policies. With a strong foundation and understanding of HR business processes, the IT Director - HR will influence and support the culture, values and standards through effective implementation of systems and tools to that help HR drive organizational excellence for the business. This person will also directs the administration and operations responsibilities of the IT HR function, and serve as the process leader in support of the systems supporting HR, ensures compliance of all processes. Manages IT services budget for HR function. Lead the design, development and implementation of all HR related solutions. The IT Director for HR will also have strong expertise in Oracle or similar HRIS /ERP systems.

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:

* 10 years or more experience with HR systems, business processes, and related systems
* Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior executive level
* Excellent project management, customer service, interpersonal, and communications skills
* Extensive experience with Oracle and/or other HRIS systems
* Excellent project management capability
* Strong analytical, problem-solving communication and organization skills
* Demonstrated leadership ability driving accountability, mentoring team members, and achieving results
* Ability to diagnose system problems through discussion with users including research, resolution, isolation, and results
