Description
A manufacturer is seeking an IT Manager who will be responsible for all technology functions of the Company. Will be responsible for creating the IT department, managing the servers, networks, computers, software (to include wireless), EDI, and help desk. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is technically savvy and enjoys multiple roles.df-tc

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will be certified in Windows NT server technology and networking, and have practical experience with purchasing and maintaining hardware and software, setting up and managing a help desk, EDI, crystal report writing, microsoft office software, writing procedure manuals, computer security, telephone and blackberry technology, web site coordination, and business application knowledge of ERP systems (including manufacturing).
The ideal candidate will also be skilled in dealing with different departments, training users of various abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a self starter who will be able to hit the ground running. A college degree is preferred.
