Description
Robert Half Technology has uncovered an exciting new opportunity with a client in need of a hands on IT Manager with a growing IT team.

Requirements:
  • Direct daily operations of all Information Systems Technology, including computer server rooms, hardware management, communication infrastructure management, technology base and business system support.
  • Direct all Systems Technology efforts, including computer server rooms, hardware management, telecommunication infrastructure management, technology base and business system support.
  • Proactively seek to improve Information System business processes, continuously striving for high quality customer service and satisfaction, i.e. high speed internet connectivity.
  • Maintain appropriate problem resolution and escalation measures.
  • Ensure systems availability through identification of mission critical systems and priorities, disaster prevention, and disaster recovery techniques.
  • Responsible for the architectural infrastructure of all systems firewalls.
  • Supports and leverages Corporate Information System objectives, knowledge base, resources, projects, practices and oversees implementation
