Description
The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software. Primary focus will be for user support and customer service. This person must have working knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Antivirus software.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Complete understanding of Microsoft Outlook, installation, POP and exchange access Excellent phone and communications skills Ability to be patient with callers Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and day-to-day software applications Ability to problem-solve Some Help Desk or customer support experience 1 year experience with configuring and installing desktop computers preferred Experience with Window OS, printers and faxes
