$19-22/hr when perm DOE!Our client in Encino is looking for a temp-to hire IT/ Helpdesk Support Assistant ASAP!This person will be responsible for assisting and supporting technical applications and/or workstation environments. This position helps ensure that problems reported by end users are addressed in a friendly and efficient manner. Experience Needed: High School Graduate or GED, some college or related technical training required. 1-3 years recent experience supporting PC applications and hardware. 1-2 years previous customer service experience. Strong trouble-shooting and problem resolution skills. Hours of the position: 8 am-3pm, Monday through Friday while on a temporary basis. (30 hours per week). If this position went perm, the hours would be 8:00am-5:00pm, 4 days per week. The 5th day would be 11am 8pm (40 hours per week). This position will pay anywhere from $19-22/hour DOE when perm. Requirements:
