WSI has partnered with H&R Block to fill openings for both full-time and part-time, day and evening IT Help Desk Support positions.

H&R Block, a progressive company dedicated to helping its clients achieve their financial objectives by serving as their tax and financial partner, is looking to fill these IT Help Desk Support positions within their open environment call center. Our IT Help Desk Support staff is responsible for solving computer-related problems for H&R Block offices on the phone.

Experience/Skills
A strong understanding of computers and networking, computer processes, and problem solving in the help desk environment. Additional skills you need to be successful: -All candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication & computer skills. -Desire to work in a professional and fast-paced environment. -Dependability, flexibility, and strong work ethic are crucial. -Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly is a must. -Organization and self-motivation are essential. -Previous telephone customer service experience preferred. -High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
