Description
Primary Responsibilities:
-Identify and resolve user problems and concerns associated with all IT applications, computer equipment, hardware and software.
-Serve as a liaison between staff and upper-level IT personnel.
-Plans and coordinates the installation of desktops and other equipment.
-Clean, modify and repairs computer hardware.
-Build desktops and laptops.
-Configure printers, time clocks and remote access.
-Administer monthly patches and software updates using WSUS or similar software.

Experience/Skills
-Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
-Proficient with WSUS or similar patch deployment software.
-Knowledge of AD, Exchange, VPN, routers, and wireless inter net access.
-Proficient in troubleshooting a Citrix environment.
