Start- up company looking for several energetic, motivated candidate who can provide unparalleled tech support to external users with complex networking issues via telephone/email/chat room. Currently seeking 1 individual to work from 10-6pm. Please apply if you: have a AA/BA in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering; can troubleshoot TCP/IP issues; have a thorough knowledge of wireless technology, routers and firewalls; and are a strong communicator. Thorough background check run prior to hire. Experience with mp3s and digital media a real plus, Linux knowledge also.
