Description
This position will provide frontline MVS hardware and software support and will require you to analyze poblems from a systems perspective and isolate to hardware or software to bring problems to a resolution.

Experience/Skills
At least 3 years of experience in a technical help desk is required. Knowledge of MVS, Unix and/or NT is a plus.

The successful candidate wil have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a constantly changing environment, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work with a team.
