IT Help Desk

Synergis is currently working with a large utility company in the Birmingham, AL area to help them locate several Help Desk Professionals. There are multiple openings that will be long term contract positions.

Candidates are required to have at least 1-2 years of solid, real world Help Desk or equivalent experience.
Candidates must have a general background in networking, PC's, Help Desk, laptops, hardware and software.
Dell and Microsoft certifications are also a huge plus.
