Description
This company is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst! Must be able to provide help desk support for IT hardware, software, net-work, and operating system problems by answering calls from users and performing troubleshooting over the phone. Performs password resets for domain accounts, SAP and VPN remote access. Tests and installs hardware/software. Identifies threats to information security. Collects and processes forms for remote access, new users, and application users.

*Knowledge of and 2 to 3 years experience supporting the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (versions 2)
*Knowledge of and 1 to 2 years experience working on Windows XP/Windows 2000 desktop and some server operating systems experience would a plus
*Knowledge of and 1 to 2 years experience working on Intel based personal computers including:
*Proficiency with supporting software applications including computer utility programs, desktop management, anti virus and other desktop maintenance/troubleshooting software
*PC desktop/laptop hardware configuration and repair experience
