Description
Oversee and maintain the organization's computer network. Provide day-to-day technical support for PC workstations including: installation, optimization and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software applications. Respond to staff's requests for technical assistance in a timely and organized manner, including documenting responses in a maintenance log, as needed.
Install, implement, maintain, monitor and document all computerized applications, hardware and software as required. 4 year degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
