New Berlin customer seeks an IT Manager. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Manages all aspects of technology for the company focused on delivering IT support to construction operations that includes technical design & specification, construction and assembly, and delivery of technology solutions; a strong focus on the technical elements of systems development and organizational planning. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Proven leadership skills managing teams of 5 to 10 professionals in application development, networking, user support and core financial systems. Prepares department operational budget and company IT CAPEX requirements for forecasted budgeting purposes. Assists in the development of project scope documents. Prepares budgetary estimates and provides status reporting throughout the project life cycle. Maintains compliance of department policies and procedures. Assist with internal audit functions related to SOX compliance. Supervises and coordinates the technical support function, LAN services, voice/data communication, and network services for new office installations and integrations. Designs and maintains systems documentation according to applicable policy and standards.
