Manpower Professional is currently recruiting for an IT Manager. This direct hire opportunity is located in Albuquerque, NM or Denver, CO. Responsibilities include; coordinate with all Company departments and disciplines to assess IT requirements, monitor server utilization and recommend capacity guidelines, assess infrastructure hardware and software needs and upgrades, leverage relationships with technology vendors, manage responsive help-desk support for all departments and disciplines, manage storage capacity and ensure effective enterprise backup and recovery processes, define realistic project plans considering project time constraints and resource availability, schedule after hours support for maintenance tasks and critical project activities to avoid impact to business continuity. The successful candidate for the positions will also manage the IT functions including hiring, conducting staff performance evaluations, scheduling workload and assigning resources, leading, mentoring and maximizing the productivity of a dispersed group of IT professionals. The ideal candidate must possess a B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems, MCSE 2003 preferred. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience working in an IT environment with at least 3-5 years proven management and leadership experience.
