. This full time position will manage the Middleware (MQSeries) team within ETG Technical Services. In this role, you will have ownership of the strategic direction for transaction management products at company. This position has responsibility for the Websphere MQSeries and Websphere Business Integration Message Broker (formerly known as WMQI) products. Major responsibilities include: 1) Establishing and maintaining a product roadmap for the supported products. 2) Establishing and implementing a middleware architecture that provides the utmost reliability, availability, and serviceability. 3) Defining and implementing a multi-datacenter middleware infrastructure. 4) Working with application development groups to utilize the middleware products and to follow best practice guidelines. 5) Providing Tier IV technical support.
