IT Manager
Dynamic Marketing Company located in Orange County seeks full time IT Manager.
Experience in utilizing in house capabilities and outside consultants to maintain network and all IT related issues.
Experience working in marketing specifically working with large amounts of data is preferred-
Company presently maintains 20 workstations in an office environment, and nine workstations running production machinery.
Company has a new web page in development by an outside consultant which is an FTP site- Any previous experience in this area in web development is also a huge plus-
Any experience in managing Laser Department with previous responsibilities for directing and supporting Laser Department and staff.

Responsibilities for managing a Data Department-
Experience previously working in software development with experience in organizing and distributing workflow to programmers.
Maintain install and manage quality control procedures.
Ensure and maintain cross training of our personal.
Manage all aspects of IT personnel.
Assist programmers when necessary.
Use in house capabilities and be flexible on call outside professional when necessary.
Hire and fire staff when necessary.
Be prepared to intervene where necessary to ensure that customer's needs are being met-
Candidates must be very customer service oriented-

The candidate will report directly to the Vice President of the company.

Successful candidate should be comfortable with IT issues and be able to assist in problem solving of everyday issues.

Successful candidate needs to have a good working knowledge and understanding of programming.

Company has a packaged business software program developed specifically for the marketing industry (Promail).
Candidates will also need to have strong experience with Microsoft office programs.
Company currently utilizes software programs specific to the marketing industry called GMC and Docurite. Any previous experience working with these are a plus-

Company has also developed customized programs for certain marketing customers.
Any knowledge of Foxpro will be an advantage.
Company network is Windows NT 2003-
Candidates with a breadth of experience in managing networks, servers and development environments with a marketing background are preferred-

Experience/Skills
5 years of experience in IT Management staff in all facets of management duties to include DB management, previous experience in Software development life cycle and managing networks in medium sized environments preferably in the marketing arena-

Any experience working in tandem with marketing and sales departments on marketing materials as well as large amounts of data associated with marketing projects.
Any previous experience with SQL, Access and Fox Pro
and any previous web application as well as any report development experience


Other desired skills:
IT Management experience, Networks and Software Development in a marketing environment-
Foxpro, previous data analysis for marketing and sales is a plus!
