Description
Our Healthcare Client in the Alpharetta area is currently seeking a Sr. IT Manager to support their IT operations Dept which includeds Technical Support. Position oversees support in a Windows 2003 domain for 500 desktops. Position will also be responsible for managing level 1 helpdesk staff -3 direct reports; Perform level 2 & 3 end user support; Perform project manager function for software and hardware implementations in the field.
Coordinate purchasing process for dept. Coordinate outside vendor support relationships; Ability to travel up to 25%. 5+ years of IT Operations mgt experince including Tier 3 technical support. Must be a hand-son technical manager. Must have demonstrated experience creating policies and procedures as well as experience creating and implementing disaster recovery and back up plans.
