This represents a break down of the job description that includes, but is not limited to these duties. Ideal candidate would be responsible for the administration, management, maintenance and support of the Banks installed LAN. This includes all connectivity-related issues, enhancement/modifications, security issues, communications, resource availability, and network backup and storage. Responsible for the on-going support of the installed software on the LAN. Specifically, but not limited to, security/access rights, updates, forms and printing issues, and communications. Responsible for on-going assistance to the marketing department, including, advertising, flyer's, graphics/presentations, and reports. Responsible for on-going assistance to the Branch Operations department, including but not limited to, FISERV/Data Line, Encompass, on-line banking and web site support. Assist with the overall support of all hardware and software applications including but not limited to, trouble shooting, questions, training, and the creation and/or assistance with spreadsheet applications, and computer models. Assist with the analysis, installation, and implementation of new microcomputer hardware and software. Assist with the coordination of necessary maintenance for the installed microcomputer hardware. This also encompasses the tracking and reporting of such maintenance. Responsible for development and maintenance of an inventory tacking and information database/program for all data processing equipment and software. This would also include a network map of the corporate LAN. Assist with the support of all corporate database/master file information and reporting through established PC database, adhoc requests. Assist with the support of FISERV/Data Line terminals and configuration as appropriate. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for banks under GLBA, FFIEC and OTS specific IT standards. Actual experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and addressing their requests and recommendations. Actual bank experience working as an IT Manager in charge of IT staff and dealing effectively with users is a MUST. Actual hands-on experience with managing LAN, WAN and core banking applications. Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery procedures, testing and reporting. Strong hands-on networking experience working with and securing Cisco firewalls, routers and switches
Strong hands-on experience working with Microsoft Server 2003 Network Operating System and Active Directory security. Strong sense of establishing and maintaining high data security. Does this sound like you?? Do not hesitate, apply today!
