Responsible for ensuring the execution of all network/AS400/web activities and of processes necessary to ensure production environment stability, security & performance. Duties include resolution of all support issues from end- users. Adapt best practices & leverage technology investments. Provide AS400/MAPICS RPG programming requirements & special projects. Research software & tools to help increase productivity & enhance customer satisfaction. Perform network admin tasks, maintain & audit network security. Ensure all procedures & software are in compliance with S. O. X. Support end users in their use of network facilities & software. The ability to identify root causes and design optimal process solutions. Maintain awareness of developments in information technology for the formulation of long & short term planning.df-tc
